No aircond, unpleasant lobby smell

Staying in this hotel has been an amazing experience! It is situated in a lovely neighborhood with plenty of places to eat and explore, making it an ideal location for families. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, while the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met. the breakfast offered a variety of options to cater for different preferences, and the view from the terrace was breathtaking. the air conditioning was perfect, and the lobby was pleasant even though it lacked air conditioning.

The late checkout policy wasn't fully customer-friendly.

The hotel offered a late check-out option which allowed us to stay in the room for a bit longer. Another great aspect was the location as it was conveniently close to major attractions. the hotel provided basic amenities that made the stay comfortable.

The lobby lacked proper air conditioning which made it quite warm and uncomfortable. the unpleasant smell in the lobby and public areas was quite off-putting.

I had a fantastic stay here, the hotel staff were polite and friendly, and the location was excellent. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and they offered a variety of tasty breakfast options. In addition, the rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained.

Spent my Easter weekend in a cozy hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. the room was very comfortable, with a comfy bed and all the amenities I needed. One of the best things about it was the location , it was very central, making it easy to get around and explore. I also loved the fact there was a restaurant in the hotel. It was super convenient and offered a great selection of foods.

There were a few things that could be improved upon. the lobby had no air conditioning, which made it quite warm and stuffy, and the smell wasn't very pleasant.
